Dinner in SF

During my stay in SF I enjoyed a delicious night at one sexy, popular restaurant with my friend Chef Lina from California Culinary Academy. It was a Chef’s special course menu. We started with local Hiramasa (I did not know that Hiramasa was caught locally) and salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce with fried rice, which was followed by wagyu with miso and mustard sauce (we are not eating at a Japanese restaurant), then, fried shrimp, local green salad ,famous Chinese style twice fried long green beans, ….and lastly an impressive beggers chicken. It was Alexander Ong’s Betelnut. Friendly wait persons doubled our pleasure experience in the diningroom. Thank you, Alex.
