Are you a Ramen fun? If so, you must join this event. Les Dames d’Escoffier, New York, is hosting Rockin’ Ramen! event on September 16th, 2014. 6pm – 8pm. The event location is International Culinary Center, Theater Kitchen. 462 Broadway (btw. Broome & Grand Streets), NYC.
This exciting event will introduce attendees to the diverse, delicious, wide world of ramen – from its history, ingredients – including broth and noodles – and flavors!
Chef Shigetoshi Nakamura of Sun Noodle Company will demonstrate and offer us three noodles-soup tastings.
